Signing in to 1GO Plus
Every 1GO Plus account is linked to an Indian mobile number, and that number is your login on every device. Whether you open the Android app, the iPhone Home Screen shortcut or the website, the sign-in screen is the same and asks for the same details.
Password or OTP
The classic way is number plus password. If you would rather not type a password on a phone, choose Sign In by OTP: a six-digit code arrives by SMS and signs you in for that session. Both methods lead to the same account, so you can switch between them freely — many players use the password in the app and OTP in a browser on someone else’s device.
Guest mode
Tap Play As Guest to open the lobby without registering. You can browse categories, open game pages and see promotions, but real-money bets, deposits and gift codes need an account. When you are ready, tap Create Account — the sign-up page shows what happens next.
Game login
Opening a game from the lobby uses the same session. If a game asks you to sign in, your session has expired: log in once and every game opens again. The game login page covers the cases where a specific game keeps asking for credentials.
Keeping your account safe
Never share an OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be 1GO Plus support — the code is the key to your account. Use a password you do not use elsewhere and sign out on shared computers. If you suspect someone else has signed in, change the password from the password page and contact support through live chat.
When you cannot get in
Most sign-in problems are solved by requesting a fresh OTP or checking the number format. If the code never arrives or the account shows as locked, open live chat from the sign-in screen; support can verify your number and restore access. The support page lists every contact channel.
Login problems
The OTP does not arrive
Wait a minute, check signal and SMS blocking, then request a new code. If nothing comes, open live chat from the sign-in screen and support will help.
Wrong number or password
Enter the number without spaces after +91 and check caps lock. Use OTP sign-in if you are unsure of the password.
Logged out in the app
Sessions expire after a long break. Sign in again — your balance and history are unchanged.
The login page opened inside Telegram
Tap the three dots and choose Open in external browser, then sign in from Chrome or Safari.
Account temporarily locked
Too many failed attempts lock sign-in for a short time. Wait, then use OTP or contact support.
