Paying at 1GO Plus
1GO Plus runs entirely in rupees, and its cashier is built around the payment apps Indians use every day — the India page explains the rest of the local setup. UPI, PhonePe and Paytm
UPI is the fastest way in: choose the amount, approve the request in any UPI app and the balance updates within a minute. PhonePe and Paytm work the same way through their own apps, and the QR-code option lets you scan and pay from whichever app you have open. The minimum for all of them is ₹100.

Bank transfer and USDT
Bank transfer by IMPS suits larger deposits from ₹500; the balance updates once the bank confirms. USDT on the TRC-20 network is available for crypto users and is converted to rupees at the current rate on arrival. A deposit-via-agent option, reached through WhatsApp or Telegram from the cashier, handles manual transfers for players whose bank blocks online payments.
Submit UTR
Occasionally a payment completes in your app but the balance does not move — usually a delay at the bank. The Submit UTR form under Customer Service fixes this: enter the 12-digit UTR from the payment confirmation and the amount, and the deposit is matched and credited. Keep the confirmation screenshot until the money shows up.

Open Customer Service, then Submit UTR, enter the 12-digit UTR from your payment app and the amount. The deposit is matched and credited.
The UPI payment failed
The bank declined the transfer. Try again after a minute or use another UPI app; no money is taken on a failed payment.
The QR code expired
QR codes are valid for a few minutes. Go back and generate a new one.
The deposit is taking hours
1GO Plus compensates delays: 1% after 3 minutes, 10% after 2 hours and 100% after 4 hours. Raise a Payment Ticket with the UTR.
Delay compensation
1GO Plus compensates slow deposits: 1% of the amount after a 3-minute delay, 10% after 2 hours and 100% after 4 hours. The compensation is credited automatically once the deposit is matched, so a delayed payment never costs you.
Bonuses on deposits

Keeping payments safe
Use only your own bank account and UPI ID; third-party payments are rejected at withdrawal. 1GO Plus never asks for a UPI PIN, card number or OTP outside the payment app. If someone claiming to be support asks for them, close the chat and report it — the support page lists the real channels.
