Withdrawing from 1GO Plus
Withdrawals are the part of a casino players judge most, and 1GO Plus keeps the process short: one bank account on file, an amount in rupees, one confirmation. Three rules decide how much you can take out: turnover, commission and your VIP limit. A slow payout has its own fix.
The withdrawal screen
Open Withdraw from the wallet. The screen shows your withdrawable balance, the daily limit for your VIP level, the turnover requirement still open and the commission, if any. Below sit the saved bank accounts; add one with the account number and IFSC code. Enter the amount and confirm. The order goes to the transaction history with a status and an estimated credit time.
You must be logged in with a confirmed +91 number to see it.
Turnover and commission
Every deposit needs to be wagered once before it can be withdrawn. Withdrawing an unwagered deposit is possible but costs 8%, with a minimum of ₹400 — the rule exists to stop the cashier being used as a money-transfer service. Bonus funds have their own turnover rules described on the promo code page; the withdrawable balance always shows what is free to take out.
Withdrawal conditions
| Platform | Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| All players | Minimum | ₹200 per withdrawal |
| All players | Turnover | Deposits must be wagered 1x before withdrawal |
| All players | Commission | 8% (minimum ₹400) on unwagered deposits; free otherwise |
| VIP 0–3 | Daily limit | ₹300 to ₹20,000 |
| VIP 4–8 | Daily limit | ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000 |
| VIP 9–12 | Daily limit | Up to ₹5,00,000 |
| All players | Free withdrawals | 2 to 10 per day depending on VIP level |
| All players | Verification | ID and selfie check for large or unusual withdrawals |
VIP levels and limits
Daily withdrawal limits grow with your VIP level: ₹300 at level 0, ₹20,000 around level 3, ₹2,00,000 at level 8 and up to ₹5,00,000 at the top levels. Free withdrawals per day rise from two to ten. The VIP level is based on turnover and updates automatically; the current level and limits are shown in the VIP Club section.
Timing and compensation
Most withdrawals arrive within 1–3 minutes. Orders that need a manual check appear as low-speed orders with their own estimate. 1GO Plus backs this with a guarantee: a withdrawal delayed more than 24 hours earns 10% of the amount as compensation, and more than 120 hours earns 100%. If a payout is stuck, open Customer Service, then Payment Ticket, attach a bank statement in PDF and expect a reply in about 15 minutes.
Timing
| Standard credit time | 1–3 minutes |
|---|---|
| Payment Ticket reply | About 15 minutes |
| Delay over 24 hours | 10% compensation |
| Delay over 120 hours | 100% compensation |
| Low-speed orders | Shown separately with an estimated time |
Verification
Accounts must be in your own name, and 1GO Plus may ask for an ID document and a selfie before a large or unusual withdrawal. Uploading them once is enough; later withdrawals go through without repeat checks. Keep the details in your profile accurate to avoid delays — the register page explains the account rules.
Deposits and support
Deposits use UPI, PhonePe, Paytm and bank transfer; the payment methods page covers them. For anything the Payment Ticket cannot solve, live chat is open 24/7 — see the support page.
Withdrawal problems
The withdrawal is pending for more than 15 minutes
Open Customer Service, then Payment Ticket, choose the order and attach a PDF bank statement if asked. Replies usually arrive within 15 minutes.
Withdrawable balance is lower than the balance
Part of the balance is bonus money still under turnover, or a deposit has not been wagered 1x yet. Play through it or withdraw the cash part.
Bank details rejected
Check the IFSC code and make sure the account is in your own name. Third-party accounts are not accepted.
Daily limit reached
Limits reset daily and grow with VIP level. Split the amount over two days or level up.
Money sent but not in the bank
Wait for the bank’s processing window, then raise a Payment Ticket with the UTR from your history.
